Shipping & Delivery
All parcels are packed with care and shipped via third-party courier services.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and is beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage to the parcel is transferred to the customer upon shipment. Le Josette shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.
While we may assist with courier claims where possible, we do not guarantee resolution or compensation.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Le Josette will not be responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Any additional costs for re-delivery or re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Le Josette has no control over these charges and will not be responsible for them.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products sold, including both physical and digital items, except in cases where the wrong item was received.
Digital Products
All digital content purchased from Le Josette is for personal use only.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or upload any digital products. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.

When will I receive my order?
Pre-order items require processing time. For a specific event collection, you can collect at events.
For shipping orders, timelines will vary depending on production and delivery. Please refer to order deadline and estimated ship date before placing your order.
Can I request a personalised message?
You may request but it's not guaranteed, subjected to Josette's discretion.
Can I remake or reprint products?
Please do not reprint, remake, or reproduce any products as they are protected and exclusive to this store.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available via Google Form order & payment through Ko-Fi. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
All orders are final once payment has been made. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
However, we may allow minor changes to your order (such as correcting items or adding an autograph) if they are within our control and requested before processing begins. Approval of changes is subject to availability and our discretion.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once your parcel has been shipped, it is handled by a third-party courier. Le Josette is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
However, we will assist you with the claims process where possible.
